These terms apply when you use kingneat.com or book cleaning services with King Neat Cleaning Services ("King Neat," "we," "us"). By using the site or booking a cleaning, you agree to them.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us, such as the size and condition of the property and the type of cleaning requested. If the property is different from what was described when we arrive, we will talk with you about any change to the price or scope before continuing.

Scheduling and access

• Please make sure we can get into the property at the scheduled time, and that utilities such as water and electricity are on.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Any cancellation or lockout fees will be explained when you book.
• Please secure pets, and tell us about any pets, alarms or special access instructions before the visit.

Payment

Payment terms, including when payment is due and accepted payment methods, will be confirmed when you book. Prices may change for future visits with advance notice.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not happy with an area we cleaned, let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will come back and re-clean that area at no additional cost.

Your property

• Please put away or tell us about valuables, fragile items, and anything you do not want touched or moved.
• We are insured. If you believe something was damaged during a cleaning, tell us within 24 hours, with photos if possible, so we can look into it.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that were already loose, broken or improperly installed.

Safety

Our team may decline to clean areas or items that are unsafe, such as biohazards, mold remediation, heavy furniture or work requiring a ladder above a safe height.

Text messages

By giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages about your quote, booking and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Website use

Content on this site, including text, photos and logos, belongs to King Neat or is used with permission. Please do not copy it without our consent. We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided "as is," and service details and prices may change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, King Neat is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
